The service
WovenWish helps adults organize gift ideas, share unlisted lists, coordinate reservations, and continue to third-party retailers. It does not sell the listed products, process retailer orders, hold group-gift funds, guarantee availability, or provide delivery services.
Who may use WovenWish
WovenWish is intended for people aged 18 or over. It is not directed to children, and you must not use it on behalf of a child. If you use WovenWish for an occasion involving a child, such as a baby shower or a birthday, you remain the account holder and are responsible for the content you add.
Your account and content
You keep ownership of the content you add. You are responsible for your account security, for the content you add, and for sharing private links only with intended recipients. Do not add unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or highly sensitive personal information. You grant Binary Data Technology only the limited permission needed to store, synchronize, and display your content back to you and to the people you share a link with.
Reservations and retailer purchases
A reservation coordinates intent; it is not a purchase or a retailer inventory hold. Prices, stock, returns, delivery, warranties, and payments are governed by the retailer. Givers should release a reservation if they decide not to purchase.
No charge, and no purchases
WovenWish is currently free. It contains no advertising, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases. If a paid feature is ever introduced, it will require clear pricing and cancellation terms and an updated version of these terms before it becomes available, and existing functionality will not be removed from you without notice.
Safety and availability
We may rate-limit abuse, reject unsafe links, revoke compromised capabilities, and suspend content that threatens the service or other people. WovenWish is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary interruption is possible; the interface distinguishes it from a successful reservation or deletion so that you are never told something succeeded when it did not.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Binary Data Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for a gift that was duplicated, delayed, or not purchased, or for anything a retailer does. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your local consumer rights still apply.
Closing an account
You may stop using WovenWish at any time, and you may request an export or delete your cloud account from Settings inside the app. The external steps are described on the account deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why where we lawfully can.
